Dr Gupte has done his MBBS from Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. He has trained extensively in the field of Gynaecologic Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and has been the first ever recipient of the Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) Fellowship in Gynaecologic Oncology and Oncosurgery.
He has also trained in the UK for two years. Over the years, he has been an invited faculty as a speaker and organiser for a large number of regional and national conferences and CMEs in the field of Gynaecologic Cancers. Recently, he has been recognised by the Cambodian Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society for his work in Gestational Trophoblastic Tumours. His articles have also been featured in a large number of newspapers and magazines. Dr Gupte is in charge of the Women’s Cancer program for the Lions Club of Khar-Danda, Mumbai. Dr Gupte brings to the table his expertise in the fields of Prevention, Detection, Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation of women suffering from Gynaecologic Cancers, precancerous conditions and cancer like diseases.
